Job Description:

  • Accurately measure and record length, diameter and volume of logs.
  • Inspect logs for any defects such as rot, insect damage and knots
  • Enter all log data into Ministry approved software
  • Weigh and scale logging trucks using a Ministry approved database


What you will need:

  • An Interior Scaling License
  • A Weighmaster License
  • Attention to detail when scaling and entering data into scaling software or weigh scale database
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word
  • A valid BC Drivers License and the ability to travel
  • Strong communication skills
